Andrew took an interest to fishing at an early age. He did not come from a family of fishermen; it was something that just came naturally to him. By his early teen years, the obsession was at full force, and it still is today. Andrew grew up working on the Belmar head boats and at the Fisherman’s Den tackle shop, learning from the very best. After high school, Andrew attended New York Maritime Academy, where he graduated with a 3rd Mates unlimited ton license. Andrew prides himself as a professional at his job as merchant mariner, as well as a fisherman.
